For some reason Victoria Beckham is now the face of Marc Jacobs. I can't understand. The woman has cheek bones so angular that they could cut glass, and that is not a good thing. What do you think? Love it or Hate it?
Find Police Gear
So, we all need a little bit of help now and then. It's not easy finding great places to shop online. That's where I come in. This is a fabulous website, where you can purchase police merchandise. Lapolicegear.com features countless items that you can purchase including a tactical holster.
Get Money to Go on Vacation
I cannot tell you how unbelievably tired I am. I feel like I'm working all of the time. These are the days when I feel like a vacation is needed. Unfortunately, I really don't have the money to fly to Mexico. I know that there are a lot people who are struggling with this same problem. If this describes your situation apply for Vacation Loans. Apply and they will give you a loan to finance your next big trip. They can give you up to $1000 that you can spend on a vacation or anything else.
Josh Hartnett New Face of Armani Diamonds
I'll be honest, I've never understood the appeal of Josh Hartnett. I just don't think he's that cute. But I guess I'm alone. He apparently caught the eye of haute couturier Armani because he's going to be the face of the new brand's Diamonds cologne. I can't say that I'm that interested, but I guess I know a few girls who will be stoked.
Register for Do Not Call List
Don't you just hate those annoying phone calls from telemarketers? They never seem to stop coming. No matter how hard you try to ignore them, they keep calling back, and you just can't seem to get away. Thank goodness a couple of years ago the government passed legislation that can help prevent you from receiving these calls. Visit Whosnumberisthat.com for No Call List Information that will help you find ways to prevent these calls. If this doesn't work, or if you feel you need more protection you can also sign up for the Reverse Cell Phone Lookups.
Model Crush Of the Week...
Not too long ago, I announced Chanel Iman to be the next black super model, but it seems as though fashion insiders have another ebony beauty in line to take the throne. 17 year-old Jourdan Dunn could be the next Naomi Campbell.
Dunn is set to grace the pages of both American and British Vogue within the next few months. She'll also be featured in the much talked about all black issue of Vogue Italia alongside Iman, Chanel Iman, and Naomi Campbell.
In regards to Jourdan, Sarah Doukas (the woman who discovered Kate Moss) said this,“I’m very excited for her. I feel, if she does have great success, she will have a big effect on the way people look at different kinds of beauty.”
Love it!
Though this is a huge step for black models, and quite frankly black women everywhere. The lack of diversity in the fashion industry is still alarming. I know a lot of fashionistas who shy away from American Vogue, but this is a great reason to pick up the next issue.

Sponsored Post: Meet Ron Bongo
Ron Bongo is the current CEO of Corra Technology, and he is a leading executive in the open source software industry. He has two decades of experience which have perfected his skills in technology, management consulting and finance. At Corratech he wears many hats. He develops corporate strategy, directs its management team and builds business and strategic relationships within the company.
According to her rep the images were created "to satirize the lack of media attention a genocide like Darfur gathers compared with the relative overexposure of skinny women with little dogs and designer bags."
This is, in my opinion, a worthy aim. Though I am a fashionista at heart, I realize that there are more important things going on in the world. When designers do things like this it just serves to reinforce the idea that all the fashion world cares about is image and profits. I simply don't understand it.
Find Great Office Furniture
I blog so much, that I'm tempted to call myself a professional, and one thing that I really wish that I had was better set of office furniture. After a while, sitting cross-legged on my bed writing posts just doesn't get it. But I live in a dorm so new office furniture just isn't in the cards for me. But if you're in the market for new furniture for your home or office, stop by Spacify. They have an great selection of home and OFFICE FURNITURE. They also have reasonable prices.

He's the new face of Armani...
The 24-year-old ex-business student, whose credits include stints with Gucci, Guess, Anna Sui, Calvin Klein and Australian retailers Alex Perry, Just Jeans and Billabong, has been proclaimed a new European favourite amongst the fashion crowd, recently rubbing shoulders with fellow Australian model Gemma Ward on the Marc Jacobs catwalk in Milan - a slight change from his self-proclaimed “drugs and alcohol” days.

They say that brilliance is akin to insanity, and I still can't decide whether or not Marc Jacobs is crazy. His Fall 2008 collection featured these "interesting" head pieces. Which made little to no sense even in the scope of his revolution era inspired line.
When I first spotted them, I thought there was no way that anyone could wear them in real life, but of course Mary-Kate Olsen proved me wrong. Yes, she looks certifiably insane, but she almost managed to pull it off, and that's commendable.
Note: I'm not sure if anyone other than me watched Austrailia's Next Top Model, but that's Alice Burdeu last season's winner.
