I've been infatuated with the classicly feminine yet cutting edge designs of Catherine Malandrino for years, and recently, this canary yellow mini dress caught my eye. The color is perfectly striking and the cut is divine. I imagine it might be a bit difficult to pull off the huge bow, but that makes me love it even more.

Everything about this Narciso Rodriguez gown is stunning. From the color to the cut. In true Narciso fashion, the dress is immaculately tailored-- hugging every inch of the models rail-thin figure. It's shame that--outside of the fashion world--Mr.Rodriguez has not achieved the notoriety that he deserves.
I've been a fan of Catherine Malandrino's for quite sometime-even before she made a brief but delightful appearance on Project Runway. I simply adore the fact that her clothes are just as colorful as she is (I obviously have a thing for color). And with so many designers opting for beigy earth tones, color was a rarity.

This canary yellow dress was easily her collection's standout piece. The asymmetrical neck line and ruffled hem make it sexy without being over-the-top or trashy.
