Couture Gone Wrong: Kim Basinger
This is the most heinous gown I have EVER seen. From the material, to the color, to the ridiculous half-blouse and half-sweetheart neckline. I'm just so disgusted!?why?WHY? What type of couturier could even conceive of this? All I can say is: the 90s were a terrible, terrible time.
